Hello everyone!

I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend! Especially since it was a longer weekend then usual!

So I guess you guys are wondering what I did during the weekend? Well... I'll tell you!

I ended up going to Lancaster, PA- home to the Amish, a group of people that live differently according to their religion. It's basically corn fields, horse buggies, root beers and Amish People!

It was a great time! Fresh air (that stunk like horse poop half the time), train cars everywhere and the serene non-bustling sound of the country side is what I really wanted!

We ate some really good food- like traditional diner food like cream chipped beef and scrapple (which is so good but odd!)

I also got some Shoofly Pie, a ton of root beer and the obvious candy and ice cream (because I got to let the kid in me have a little fun!)

I stayed in a hotel room that used to be a train car! It was super cool- wasn't fancy or anything but if we randomly felt like we needed to go for a ride... I'm sure we could take our room! And there was more hotel fun going on too- like taking photos on a train track like rebel without a cause, having Fozzy the Bear give me a ride home after one to many wines and feeding alpacas that want to bite my hands off!
