Sorry about not updating this weekend, everyone... I was trying to catch up and had plans... but I do have a super jam packed entry to make it up!

So I decided to take a random trip to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania! I thought it was the perfect place to get inspiration for a new comic I was writing. So I got my hate, sketchbook and purse and I drove all the way to Pennsylvania!

This town is very unique... technically there are three sections... the farm like area where families are raised with cows and live stock, the casino area where all the commercial stuff exist, like The Melting Pot, and there is the college town (It's where Lehigh University is)

It's a unique blend of everything! But I specifically came to see cows and the suburbs!

I did get some treats for myself while I was there! I went to the town's historic center and found this very unique chocolate bar with bacon and potato chips in it! Very fancy! I can't wait to try it! And I wore the wrong kind of shoes for all the walking I did so I had to go to this thrift store called The Attic and got these cute sandals that happen to be in my size and style! So lucky to find them!

Then I went to this AMAZING Irish Tearoom called McCarthy's and my golly, it's my dream place! Pastries and irish breakfast tea everywhere! They even gave me a teapot filled of it! WITH A TON OF HONEY AND MILK OMG I WOULD COME HERE EVERY WEEKEND JUST TO WRITE AND HANG OUT HERE!!!

Also, their mascot is a deer and there are a tone of shields here. It's like I'm in the house Baratheon from Game of Thrones... soo cool!

And finally as a last minute pit stop, I randomly went to the Crayola Factory in Easton, PA. It was so cool and inspiring to see all the crayons being made and kids everywhere! It brought out the little kid in me!

Literally!

But from all of this, I am so excited to get all this inspiration and use it for something! Life is never dull and you should always look around and experience it! Who knows- maybe something you see is worth it to be made into a comic!
